We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates:
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. We ship from Fresno, CA.

Domestic Shipping:

• West Coast: 1-2 business days
• Midwest/South: 2-4 business days
• East Coast: 3-5 business days

Important Notes:

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Order Status:
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at vcraftsandmore@gmail.com with your name and order number.
